So these are coming out from Image soon, well September isn't that soon but they're coming later this year.

I wonder if these are just ports of the old AB discs?

They've also got these slated for Blu-ray release the same month. I don't know if all of these are appearing under the Midnight Madness line or not but it's probably safe to assume they are:

Vamp
Hellraiser
Hellbound: Hellraiser II
Dead Heat
The Hills Have Eyes (hooray!)
Children Of The Corn

I hope they aren't all the same transfers. It's nice to see SLUGS is getting another release.

I'm underwhelmed. But that SLUGS cover is killer!

Does anyone have any idea who holds Hell Night these days (which used to be an AB title)? I know there's a budget edition available in the UK, but I think I'd prefer a version that isn't a standards conversion, isn't a bunch of shit compressed onto a single layer disc, or...well, crap really from what I read. It's my missing '80s slasher flick. :)

Now there's a Blu-ray I would kill to see!

For anyone who needs to know, the Elvira's Haunted Hills reissue from Image has some new extras, primarily a commentary from Cassanda and the director.

I'll go for the Hills Have Eyes BD, much better than LHOTL I think, although I like LHOTL as well. CHUD was a childhood favourite of mine.
