Here's the word on extras...so stoked for this.

The newly expanded version will also include previously unseen additional footage of punk/grunge legends such as The Ramones, Dinosaur Jr, Mudhoney, Babes in Toyland and Gumball.

Also in the commemorative bundle is a 42 minute bonus movie entitled "(This Is Known As) The Blues Scale" with previously unseen Sonic Youth and Nirvana performances including "Inhuman", "White Kross", "Eric's Trip" and "In Bloom."

The documentray will also include a panel discussion with members of Sonic Youth and Dinosaur Jr. plus additional commentary from the film's director, a photo slide show, the original theatrical trailer and running audio commentary from Sonic Youth co-leader Thurston Moore and director Markey.

Also, he says that there won't be a blu-ray because he's leery of the fact that it's shot on Super-8.

He can't be nicer than Thor. Find out. Interview him to go along with the DVD release.

I'll chat once I get the confirmation from his publicist. Todd's not the only name-dropper around these parts.

You reckon? Neil Young puts out DVDs in better quality than that!

Neil young puts out DVDs with better than uncompressed sound quality? Is there some kind of super-uncompressed sound that fits on 10GB that I don't know about?

It's so uncompressed you can hear every note he's ever played.
