Malone (BURT!), Devil's Angels (BIKERS!) and some cool crime films on that list too.

Yeah, I figured I better include a link to the WHOLE list since the movies I like, are probably different than yours, or someone elses. ENTER THE NINJA was, for me, the only REAL highlight of ALL of them. Can not believe they didn't include more horror for Halloween.

Hoping NINJA III and PRAY FOR DEATH will be coming before the end of the year. I keep thinking about TERRORVISION and WITHOUT WARNING, too. Maybe, it's a sign they are on the way, or something.

If it's the same print they aired on MGM HD awhile back, ETN should look pretty good.

That's right it got an MGM-HD airing. I don't get that channel. So, it looked pretty good, hey?

I don't remember if they showed it in the right aspect ratio or not (though I have a DVD-R kicking around somewhere) but yeah it was good quality and I seem to remember it being uncut, unlike the R2 release (which I also have - and a one sheet - I had a fairly serious obsession with this movie at one point!) which also didn't look so great.

I see my beloved RAPE SQUAD is also there, with a really stupid cover. Don't remember a lot of fire-balls or flame-demons in that one.

Yep. That is the one! It's a gem.

Suuuuch an ugly dvd though. Maybe I can print out my own cover from the ACT OF VENGENCE/RAPE SQUAD press book cover I have. So sad that I have to consider dropping $20+ for a dvd-r with a dollar store bootleg cover, no menu screen, zero extras -- when I already own a bootleg dvd-r of it. This movie deserves a special edition release.

Agreed. It should be a bigger cult classic than it is. SING JINGLE BELLS!

It also has the best Miller High Life beer pyramid crash scene ever.

Ian, how close are you to doing a review of this movie?

MGM hasn't sent me anything yet, so not very close at all. I expect the next batch soon though, and it should be in that batch.

It's gonna be on Encore Action tomorrow, but if it isn't LBX I won't be recording it.

It was shown uncut on the MGM HD channel a few years back, could be the same thing popping up on Encore.

Doesn't matter, if they don't run it LBX, I don't record. Too bad Encore Action doesn't have an HD counterpart. I'm a stickler about that nowadays. If I can't get the movie off of cable in it's original aspect ratio, I don't record it. And, cable hates to run movies that are 2.35:1 or the like. 99% of the time they blow it up to 1.85:1 or 1.78:1 to fit the HD TV. Rarely do they run a 2.35:1 movie. I got lucky and they ran THE LAST ACTION HERO in it's 2.35:1 ratio, ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
