Nice scoop. I've never seen this and always wanted to. I'm digging the Katarin's line so far, glad to see it's continuing.

That makes two of us, Ian. I've never seen this movie either, but have always heard about it. Love that poster. Have no clue what it's about. Are we talking slasher or supernatural movie?

There's a pretty detailed review and some caps from a TV broadcast here.

I found this part of the review interesting: "Now I have been told – and by a pretty good source – that this was originally intended to have a very big budget and that there’s a lot of scenes (including some more blood) that never made the final print."

Still can't tell if this is worth picking up. Some of the review says it's a solid shocker, then it tells how bad it is. On the fence now.

I'm in. Its a decent film but 2 things make it stand out - its Christopher George's final performance (he died of a heart attack soon after) and its one of Paxton's first bigger roles. Paxton is deliriously OTT in this this and George is just his usual self - cool as hell. Hope it has some deleted scenes.

Die hard slasher fans will probably get something out of MORTUARY but it's not one of the better ones. Bill Paxton is very funny though. I'll pick this up anyway, still have my VHS round here somewhere.
