This was a good time at the movies for what it was. Big spectacle, some great lines and some funny gags.. and a lot of just kick-ass ass-kicking. I've been pretty happy with most of these Marvel movies of the past few years but not being a hardcore fanboy I'm easy tom please.

I'd like to read what ya'll thought.

I enjoyed it. Wanted more of, and from, Fury. It's sticking with me for longer than I woulda thought for a big movie, but I didn't go for shawarma or anything. Disney ought to give Robert Downey Jr. a big bag of bambis: would Marvel's movies be anything if Downey had just taken the cheque, behaved himself and not retooled Iron Man?

Everybody says it, but yeah, Ruffalo's pretty greak: You Can Count on Hulk.

I loved it too. They got just about everything right and it was crammed full of neat little touches for comic geeks. I do wish Cap's costume had been better, the one he wore in his film was okay but this one didn't look very good. I would have advised basing it off of the Ultimate Cap comics, with red combat boots. It's a hard costume to do in a non-animated film.

We absolutely loved it. Going to see it again when I get together with my brother.

I thought Loki had some great Wile E Coyote moments (Coulson, the trick arrow, tapping the scepter on Stark's chest and the throw down with The Hulk).

And yes, Hulk/Banner steals the show.

Sooooo.....anybody else see this? Any thoughts?

I saw it twice (once with my wife and once with my older brother). Loved it. The Hulk stole the show and Loki had quite a few Wile E. Coyote moments. :woot:

I just saw it last weekend. I'm not big on comic book movies and wasn't jazzed about having to see it n 3D, but it was plenty entertaining. I liked it. The Hulk was probably the best part about it.

I'm having a Wile E Coyote moment. Sorry about the double post. ACK!

Haha, I do that. Last week, I thought an entire thread had disappeared. It's good for brains to travel.

Toyboy, please draw Hulk vs Wile E. Coyote.
