So Wood's last movie was discovered some time ago, this we already know.

Check out this article at straight.com (http://www.straight.com/blogra/376846/memories-hardcore-ed-wood) for some interesting info...

"Anyway, with the restoration of vintage Vancouver porno Sexcula—and since Straight readers clearly share my profane cinematic interests, judging by the ridiculous number of people who read our little piece about it—I decided to open the book again on The Young Marrieds. And guess what? After a whole bunch of false starts, Otis tells me that the film is finally set to be released in the fall. In the meantime, let us be patient, tender, wise, and forgiving. We’ve waited this long to see a movie you’ve never heard of, a few more months won’t make any difference."

He doesn't say who it's coming from - as Impulse did Sexcula, maybe they've got this one in the works too? Pure speculation on my part.

I have a print of it and it's actually alright. Better than NECROMANIA...

Maybe Vinegar Syndrome should release it? This is great news. However, other Wood films such as SHOTGUN WEDDING and THE ONLY HOUSE have been found, but that hasn't led them to any home video release (other than a brief Australian PAL VHS release for SHOTGUN WEDDING).

I don't have that strokes t-shirt anymore. What the hell happened to it? I still rock the yellow hoodie, though.

I'm pretty sure Films Around the World is still claiming ownership on those (in a deal with Rudolph Grey) so perhaps Bill Olsen can work something out for them as I know he's been doing a lot with FATW.

Necromania, The Only House in Town and Shotgun Wedding are listed on the Film Arround the World webpage (http://www.filmsaroundtheworld.com/Ed_Wood_Jr.html). Almost ask Bill about Necromania when I've found that it is own by FWATW but change my mind as I tought that it won't sold enough to worth a release.

There was a DVD release of NECROMANIA (said to be full length) a few years ago, and it was supposed to be followed by SHOTGUN WEDDING and THE ONLY HOUSE. However, that didn't happen, so I guess that NECROMANIA didn't sell as well as expected. It seems to me that the DVD was put out by private individuals, rather than by an established DVD label.

John, do you have a print of Wood's TAKE IT OUT IN TRADE? So far, only the outtakes from that film have surfaced, from Something Weird Video.

So Alternative Cinema just posted a link to that video on their FB page saying "Watch this video for a clue to an insanely awesome 2014 After Hours Cinema collection!"

Nice.

It actually looks like they made that post back in June, it just popped up in my feed today because Robin Bougie posted on it.
