So Corman has his own Youtube channel now.

Today he posted an introductory video, and on 6/13, his channel goes live in the proper sense.

He's also posted this 'teaser' for the channel:

There are a few other trailers up there so far, could be interesting to see what he does here.

We are so fortunate that Cliff (Shout Factory) came along when he did and gave us so many high quality copies of Corman's films.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for a remastered title that Shout didn't release to make it onto this Youtube channel. I desperately want to view a high quality transfer of SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHERS, Jack Hill's SORCERESS (1982), and NASHVILLE GIRL.

Well, most of the clips look like they're from old 1' tapes or digibetas... And LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS will be colorized???

I think that's Jack Hill's SORCERESS.

Corman being Corman will probably just use whatever is handy. I'm not expecting remastering here.

Weird that the formula for that teaser is showing the title of the movie, and then clips from it, and then after a couple minutes they just toss out the idea of showing titles and simply show scenes. Seems disjointed to switch all of a sudden, like that. And it's just odd for them to assume we wouldn't want to know the names of the movies being shown.

The initial offering won't be very interesting for anyone that was religiously buying Shout Factory's Corman releases. There are quite a few crappy flicks I'm looking for that didn't this first round (STAR QUEST, ALIEN TERMINATOR, STRIP FOR ACTION, THE ARENA (2001), BODY CHEMISTRY 3, FUTURE FEAR, SECOND TO DIE, SHOWGIRL MURDERS, UP AGAINST AMANDA and STRIPTEASER). I sure hope they have an aggressive release schedule planned.

So in addition to movies, they've been uploading interviews and featurette style material too.
