Delicious
Released by: Video-X-Pix
Released on: 8/18/2006
Director: Bill Milling
Cast: Veronica Hart, Candida Royale, Desiree Cousteau, Jerry Butler, Ron Jeremy, R. Bolla
Year: 1982
Purchase from TLA Video
The Movie:
A rich couple keeps going through maids at an alarming rate. Why? Because the man of the house (Aaron Stuart) keeps porking them and so the lady of the house keeps firing them. The Lady (the hot as ever Candida Royale) really wishes he'd do go into town to get his rocks off because she cannot have him screwing the help. He can't screw her either, as she's a frigid one, with no interest in sex. Right off the bat the story starts with him doing the deed to the always-incredible Desiree Cousteau. She's the new maid and she likes fucking. The whole time she tells the dude what to do to her and says some kooky things ("suck your weenie dry"). Immediately after he jizzes all over the place the Lady catches them and fires the poor, gorgeous-bodied maid. This is one of Desiree's last movies and they hardly use her. Shame.
The Lady calls the maid agency to send over a new one, but she barely hangs up the phone and one is at the door. How could that be? Enter Divina (the sexy Veronica Hart), maid extraordinaire. Right off the bat its obvious something is different about her. But she seems to know exactly what everyone needs (like the Lady wanting champagne for breakfast…breakfast??) and she turns out to be the greatest maids ever.
Also occupying the house is their son Henry (Jerry Butler), the Lady's brother, the gardener (Ron Jeremy), and the butler (R.Bolla). Henry's girlfriend Harriet (Nicole Scent) is a regular fixture as well, and she and Henry pound the living daylights out of each other regularly. Sooner than later, Divina starts to seduce members of the house: the husband, the son (and his girlfriend), and the Lady. This does not sit well with the rest of the help, as they see her as a serious threat. They plot to rape and kill her, but she turns the tables on them all for glorious 4-way sex in the basement. Every is happy, she disappears, and it seems Ms. Divina was some sort of succubus, whose mission was to bring sexual harmony to the household.
Delicious is chock full of good sex and good acting. Lots of competent actors are in this one (well, a couple of people NOT so great) and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves during the business scenes. This one was shot on film, it's obvious, and the mansion the used lends itself to some nice things to look at other than genitals. The camera work is something worthy of mentioning too. There are a few spots where they go a little extra in making the movie look like it has some production value to it. For example, there's one scene in particular where Divina is screwing the man of the house, with the wife right there in the bedroom sitting at a mirror drinking her champagne breakfast. Divina is on top, then a slow tracking shot from them on the bed to The Lady at her mirror. In the mirror is just the guy laying on his back, and no Divina. It's all in one shot, and really well done. It's the little things like this that make certain pornos stand out amongst the mountains of garbage that can be found flooding the market. Yeah, there's some goofy dialogue (her: “I want you to stick it in my assâ€, him: “Oh Jesus, baby. You get me so damn hornyâ€), the overall story is kind of dumb, there's a silly moment where the cumshot causes an earthquake…but this is an entertaining movie from start to finish and is a well-made one at that. Delicious is certainly deserving of more attention.
Video/Audio/Extras:
The movie, as mentioned, was shot on film and there is certainly grain present. This one didn't get the restoration treatment from Video-X-Pix like, say Maraschino Cherry, but still it looks nice on disc, with plenty of detail, and the colors look decent. The picture is pretty clear for the most part and all-in-all it delivers a satisfying image. The sound is a 2.0 Dolby Digital track, but it sure sounds like mono. That is, the same sounds from both speakers. It was probably filmed in mono anyway, so who cares really. The extras are really not there. There is a single trailer for All About Gloria Leonard and the menu is animated.
The Final Word:
This is a solidly produced porno. As said, the story is kind of lame, but the acting is good, the sex is erotic, and the look of the movie makes it obvious the people involved were trying for something more than just a fuck flick. Hopefully, someday down the road Video-X-Pix will take another look at this one as a possible title for their “Platinum Elite†line. Until then this will have to do.
