So much Geoff Darrow...it's just all Darrow - just two-panel pages of insanely-detailed mayhem with the protagonist calmly at the center. Wielding a mighty weapon of twin chainsaws mounted on the ends of a long staff, this issue is just panel after panel of the Shaolin Cowboy dispatching dozens of undead/infected corpses attempting to attack him.
What I enjoy most about Darrow's work is the obvious joy he has in the obsessive details of each of these panels. The number of attackers never seems to decrease here but the main character is never lost in the artwork and seems to be assured that he's going to emerge victorious or die trying - the Buddhist-calm of a Shaolin monk on proud display amidst immense, bloody carnage.
