The Movie:
Any red blooded male who was introduced to pornography in the 1980s knows about Seka. More likely than not, they had a bit of a crush on the blonde goddess too. I know I did, and I'm know I'm not alone.
A PRIVATE AFFAIR
This Diverse Industries short from 1980 was shot without sound but is presented here with some kick ass disco jams playing loudly overtop. It beings with Seka and Mei Ling making out on a couch. We can see nothing else, the background is completely dark. They kiss and smooch and play around with each other for a little while and eventually get down to some serious oral action, spread open on the space couch. Soon some lucky dude enters the scene and the two lovely ladies double team the poor bastard. Eventually he gets to bang the two of them, and the film ends shortly after he goops on Mei's boobies and the girls clean him off with their mouths. Or so it would seem. He's hard again once Seka works her magic on him, and he's right back in there full steam ahead.
HEAVENLY BODIES
Another Diverse Industries short film from 1980, this one starts off with Seka brushing Mei's hair while sporting some fancy evening wear. One thing leads to another and soon that fine French lingerie is looking even better on the floor (well actually they do leave their garters and stockings on...) and a high quality lesbian lunch session goes down. There's not much more to it than that - and if it ain't broke, why try and fix it? These girls know what they're doing, who needs a plot? Heavenly Bodies, indeed.
MEI LING
The third Diverse Industries short from 1980 is titled simply Mei Ling. It beings with Mei doing a sexy tease with her fan, just so we know she's oriental I suppose. It doesn't take long before she strips down to her birthday suit and struts her stuff on a rotating platform covered in peach colored silk sheets. She lets her fingers do some walking down where it counts and she gives us a wee bit of a show.
ORIENTAL MASSAGE
From Diverse Industries in 1981, comes Oriental Massage in which Mei Ling to some lucky stud. She oils up his meatwad and gives it a tug or two. Once she's got the monster awakened, she keeps at it and a whole lot of baby oil later, they're going at it like a pair of greased up rabbits.
SEXY SEKA
This one's from Swedish Erotica, and it beings with Seka waking up in bed next to her boy toy. She hopes in the bath, while the couple in the next room get it on. Seka gets turned on by bathing apparently and diddles herself a little bit. Once she gets out of the bath she hops back in bed with her man and they get to work. The Asian hottie from the first sex scene stands there and plays with herself with Seka and pal go at it, and eventually she can't take it anymore and she gets in on the action. They switch it up a few times, and finally he can't handle the heat and he goops. This one has live sound.
SEKA'S FOURSOME
Seka and her lady friend await the arrival of their respective boyfriends so that they can jump their bones and try out some sexy moves that they saw in a book. The guys show up with flowers in hand and the women don't waste any time undressing and putting on a strip show for the two lucky lads. Each guy gets his dong sucked for a bit and then they decide to try a few of the other positions that are outlined in the book. Things get a little acrobatic at this point as all four work their way into each other. After trading spots a few times and playing around with each of the guys and each other, the two fine ladies bring their men to a riveting finish. This scene also has live sound.
ULTRA FLESH
A scene from the greatest sci-fi sex film of all time begins with a bunch of bad dialogue and horrible costumes. Soon Seka pops into the scene, and after discussing the merits of impotent Earth men, and the problems of global warming, she gets to live out her fantasy as she's worked on by two lovely women. The three of them frolic on the bed and then some dude shows up to finish off the job that the two girls started.
ULTRA FLESH SCENE TWO
This one starts off with Seka shooting laser beams out of her pussy and giving boners to a group of men so that they can go back and do their thing. Seka decides that before they can go back and fuck again that they have to make it with her. This doesn't require much convincing on her part at all. Soon enough, she's doing her thing to all the guys at once, and it doesn't take long before she's initiated them so that they can 'go forth and fuck the world.'
ULTRA FLESH SCENE THREE
Jamie Gillis and Luis De Jesus (aka Luis Shortstud... best known as the evil midget Rufus from Bloodsuckng Freaks!) have got some women held in a prison. Gillis, aping some sort of really bad European accent and sporting an amazingly bad fake moustache, samples the girls and then decides on Seka after sharing a woman with Luis. Soon everyone, the girls included, piles on Seka for a little fun, and it all turns into one big prison orgy with Gillis barking manic commands at everyone and Luis running around poking as he sees fit. Look for Serena as one of the female prisoners.
DOWNSTAIRS UPSTAIRS
Seka's laying in bed and her maid, Olive (Sherisse), is applying some rub down action to her. This soon turns into a lesbian sixty nine session, each girl working the other into a frenzy. They soon get busted by RJ Reynolds and they team up on him and after an argument it turns into three way.
PLATOS THE MOVIE
Seka works it on the couch with a lucky man who doesn't waste any time with her. She moans and groans and bumps and grinds and eventually makes a mess all over her boobies. It's a short and simple scene, but no less effective because of it.
ANYTIME, ANY PLACE
In the last scene on the compilation, Seka hops into a van and makes it with some lucky man. This is a shot one, and rather basic, but it ends as it should and everyone is happy.
While it's a shame that there weren't full versions of the four features that this disc samples from, the Diverse Industries and Swedish Erotica shorts are great, and the Ultra Flesh scenes are classic smutty camp. All in all, this is a nice selection of Seka's work and a testament to her skills in front of the camera during porn's golden age.
Video/Audio/Extras:
All twelve of the shorts are presented fullframe and it looks like that's how they were shot as there isn't any noticeable cropping. It also looks like most of these clips and short films were thankfully taken from film sources, not from video. The colors are a little faded in a few segments but such is the nature of the 8mm material in the first place and the scarcity of this footage will probably make it difficult to ever really polish it up to modern day standards. Even if it could be done, there's something to be said for the nostalgia factor of seeing it look as it does here. The packaging state that they were taken from the original negatives but the three Ultra Flesh segments look to be taken from a tape as there's some tape roll at the bottom of the picture. As such, most of this material does look very nice for the most part. There is some grain and some minor print damage but the colors look decent enough and there aren't any serious problems with mpeg compression or edge enhancement.
The Dolby Digital AC-3 audio track is fine. While the music that plays over the loops gets a little repetitive at times, it does sound nice and clear and doesn't suffer from any hiss or distortion. The segments that are presented here with sound aren't exactly going to blow your speakers but they sound okay for the most part. The dialogue is a little flat but you aren't going to have any problems figuring out what's being said. Everything is audible and there aren't any serious issues.
Extra features on this release include a very nice still gallery of twenty vintage images of Seka both solo and in action with Mei Ling. I'm not sure where these were originally published and it isn't stated on the packaging anywhere but a lot of them have Seka draped in a flag and in some sort of band leader/majorette outfit.
In addition to this, there are also trailers for Bill Lustig's The Violation Of Claudia (with Jamie Gillis and Sharon Mitchell and from the director of Maniac!), Summer In Heat (with Jamie Gillis again as well as John Leslie, Desiree Cousteau and Jesse Adams), Sensations (this one is in pretty rough shape and very pixelated, but it does star Brigitte Maier), The Last Step Down (with Uschi Digard and Malta, and also rather pixelated but which features Uschi in some nice lesbian action!), and Dark Dreams (which, according to the voice over, is one of the most erotic films ever made but other than that, and the fact that I 'need to see this film' again according to the narrator, I don't know a whole lot about it but it looks like a fun horror/porn hybrid).
The Final Word:
For fans of the platinum goddess' fine body of work, it doesn't get much better than this. Twelve scenes, most of which aren't available anywhere else to the best of my knowledge, presented uncut and in surprisingly nice quality make Seka's Oriental Massage an essential piece of vintage smut sure to appease her many fans.
