42nd Street Forever: The Peepshow Collection Volume 30 - Movie Review:
This thirtieth (!!!) installment of Impulse Pictures' 42nd Street Forever: The Peepshow Collection is special indeed. It's been said time and again that ladies who love ladies are the loveliest ladies of all, and as such, this anniversary edition celebrates…. lesbians!
TIGER LADY: A lady who looks an awful lot like Vanessa Del Rio is sporting a tiger outfit complete with a tail. Another lady photographs her strutting about on the couch. She spreads her legs and it's time for her close up! This, of course, turns into the photographer going down, fingering and then fisting Ms. Del Rio, who seems quite impressed with her new best friend's abilities, so much in fact that she returns the favor after getting out of that admittedly kind of rad tiger suit she was wearing. They bust out a double ended dildo and use that for a bit and then it ends, each party clearly happy with the results of their tryst.
CHOCOLATE FOX BOX: in this episode of 8mm Lesbian Lust, a white chick sucks on the boobies of a black chick (Desiree West) on a large yellow couch. They're both, more or less, dressed at this point, but that doesn't last long and once the clothes come off and these gals go for it. It's pretty much exactly what you'd expect - tongues and fingers on boobs and hoo-haws - with the white gal going first and then Desiree responding in kind. They don't reinvent the wheel here but if it ain't broke, why fix it?
LIPS OF LUST: This loop, which was released under the FOXY line (we get a look at the cover in the opening few seconds), actually has credits for the crew (it was produced and directed by Don A. Sweet and M. P. Ronadeo!). It opens with a lovely blonde sunbathing on a rock. Her friend, inside, undressed and hops in the bath. The sunbather comes in and wants to get into the shower, which is in the bathroom too. There are subtitles here for the minimal dialogue. After rubbing herself with a brush she gets the gal in the bath all hot and horny - then we get some split screen as they watch one another masturbate. At that point, the girl in the shower gets into the tub and they have red lesbian sex complete with a dildo.
SISTERS IN SIN: This one opens with a gal, naked, in bed and looking at a dirty magazine and masturbating. Her pal comes in, and her pal is Serena - she's got a dildo and she isn't afraid to use it. The masturbator gets down on all fours and Serena goes to town with the toy. After that, Serena gets naked and shifts gears on her pal, slamming the toy in the back door! Filthy! With our first lesbian satiated, it's time for her to take care of Serena, which is exactly what happens in pretty much the same way.
THE MAID IN BLACK: This one starts off with a blonde gal in a kinda-sorta French Maid outfit doing the dishes in the kitchen. Her dark haired friend comes into the room and is intrigued. They take their clothes off and start making out and then taking turns sitting on the counter spread-eagle while the other goes down. Bonus points for French Maid style lingerie. Don't knock over the flowers, girls!
THREE FINGER-FUCK: A lovely blonde sites on the couch with her legs spread, she's not wearing anything under her dress. Her brunette friend makes a move. She also gets bonus points for gold boots, and Pat's weird fringe skirt thing is kind of cool too. There's also a copy of Boston's self-titled album displayed in the background.
SCREEN TEST: Angel Cash and a redheaded friend are enjoying some adult beverages and tongue kissing on a rad orange-red-rust colored couch. They finger each other and go down, not a whole lot of variety here, but they seem like they're having a good time. Terry Galko (a.k.a. Terry Pepper) is the other gal, and she looks really good here. I wonder if she knew she had a tear in the back of her stockings or not? We'll probably never know but if I ever meet her I'm going to ask. Not sure why this was called Screen Test.
TWIN FANTASY: One dark haired lady is on the phone, clearly horny as she's rubbing herself. Who is she talking to? We don't know. Another dark haired lady, who looks an awful lot like the first one, sits on the couch next to her. They proceed to have pretty passionate lesbian sex. Girl #2 is wearing green leg warmers. 42nd Street Forever: The Peepshow Collection Volume 30 - DVD Review:
Each of the 8mm loops on this disc are presented in their original 1.33.1 fullframe aspect ratio and transferred from film. They haven't been fully restored so expect a fair bit of print damage and plenty of visible scratches but that doesn't really detract from the experience much. Colors are faded and black levels all over the place but if the elements are in rough shape, at least the disc is well authored and not plagued by compression artifacts or edge enhancement problems.
The audio is on par with the video, sort of. This stuff was shot without sound, so really we just the 'click' of a projector in terms of audio, there's really not much to write about here.
Extras? Nope. You get a menu and loop selection but that's it.

42nd Street Forever: The Peepshow Collection Volume 30 offers up two hours of vintage lesbian loops, featuring some pretty cool performers. If girl on girl action is your kind of action, and you've got a thing for seventies smut, this compilation will be right up your alley.
