42nd Street Forever: The Peepshow Collection Volume 31 - Movie Review:
The Peepshow Collection series from Impulse Pictures keeps on going with this thirty-first installment. Here's what you get this time around…
A NOVEL APPROACH: Mona Page is reading a book about nymphos, just hanging out in her lingerie by the fire. Her mustachioed man sits in a chair nearby and notices she's licking her lips - clearly the victim of wanton horniness! When she starts sucking her fingers and tweaking her nipples, he takes the hint and soon enough his dong is down her throat. They sixty-nine for a bit, he eats her butthole and then they pork! Dude gets really, really sweaty in this one. Granted, they're pretty close to the fire place so maybe it's really hot in there, but he sweats a LOT.
PROBING INTERVIEW: Tamara Longly stars in this Cabellero loop in which she sits, bespectacled, in a chair interviewing with a guy sporting a giant bushy moustache sitting underneath a pretty cool Pabst Blue Ribbon mirror. Clearly this is a high quality establishment and not some guy's basement. She takes notes and he removes her glasses and moves in for a kiss. It works! CRAZY ANN: Leslie Winston, who I guess is Crazy Ann, is strutting about in her black bikini, poolside. She heads inside where a guy with a moustache who looks suspiciously like the guy with the moustache from the first loop is waiting for her, looking pretty fly for a white guy in his Adidas shirt. THE BANQUET: Linda Shaw and Sharon Mitchell topline this one which starts with a bunch of people eating fruit off of Linda's naked body. Some guys are there and another woman as well, so obviously this turns into an orgy pretty quickly with Linda's body kind of serving as the centerpiece of it all. The girls are just as into one another as they are into the guys, maybe more so, but everyone seems to be having a good time so no harm, no foul.
WET DAY DREAM: This one is touted as an 'ALL NEW SAN FRANCISCO FILMS' production. A dude with curly hair is readying a girly magazine in bed, naked - two promiscuous ladies come into the room and find him there and decide to take advantage of the situation. INSIDERS: This one features an opening title card that reads HEXEN-FETT in a crazy gothic font. It kinda looks like the cover of a black metal album or something, it's odd. Anyway, a blonde maid is cleaning up when a darker haired brunette, presumably the lady of the house, arrives on the scene with a few bottles of booze. Rad! We then cut to the exterior - we're in a church I guess? Cut back inside and a priest shows up and checks out the booze, he's stoked and can't wait to get loaded. He and the brunette take off and the maid helps herself to a few shots of hooch. Cut to a different room and the priest is on a couch with a different brunette, the first one sitting in a chair nearby. The maid comes in and serves them all drinks and everyone gets fucked up. Soon enough, our group of wasted Catholics are having a big ol' orgy, the two brunettes going down on Father Bonesalot, with another priest in another room drinking even more. The maid is drinking solo in another room but soon strips down to her undies. The second priest walks in as the first priest finishes and he hopes onto one of the girls and goes to town and then the super wasted maid comes in and joins the fun, getting rammed by the second priest who has a lot of visible tattoos, which is weird for a priest. Also, even though the first priest finishes, he's still horny enough to let the first brunette toss his salad. These people are all going to have to go to confession this Sunday, fucking heathens!
DOUBLE HUMPERS: Ginger Lynn and a dark haired chick are blowing the shit out of Paul Thomas when this one starts. He's got a cool L.A. 42nd Street Forever: The Peepshow Collection Volume 31 - DVD Review:
Each of the 8mm loops on this disc are presented in their original 1.33.1 fullframe aspect ratio and transferred from film. They haven't been fully restored so expect a fair bit of print damage and plenty of visible scratches but that doesn't really detract from the experience much. Colors are faded and black levels all over the place but if the elements are in rough shape, at least the disc is well authored and not plagued by compression artifacts or edge enhancement problems.
The audio is on par with the video, sort of. This stuff was shot without sound, so really we just the 'click' of a projector in terms of audio, there's really not much to write about here.
Extras? Nope. You get a menu and loop selection but that's it.
