Woohoo! Managed to score a couple of the OOP (in HK) Shaw titles from Thailand:

    Heaven and Hell
    Naval Commandos

That should bump up my Alexander Fu Sheng collection a little.

Most of it, while I was dumping it to disc, but then I fell asleep. The transfer is SUPER nice (f/x look latexy and wonderful), and if the opening don't hook ya...... Would make a great double with ALONE IN THE DARK (80's) for slumming Martin Landau, and a young David Caruso is in there too.

    Dead Air
    I Corrupt All Cops
    Kung Fu Dunk (BD)*
    Poker King (BD)
    Shamo

    * could have bought the Cine Asia edition of this, and saved myself five bucks, but it doesn't any lossless audio...which kinda defeats the purpose of Blu-ray.

TBH, I was never a great fan of the doco. I saw it some years ago on VHS, after its brief cinema run here, and then later saw bits and bobs of it on TV when I was channel surfing one night. It's definitely a decent doc, and I'm glad I saw it, but having it as well (which in turn would have pushed up the purchase price) wasn't a priority to me. But scoring the 2-BD set, for such a low price was a no-brainer...
