JK! You're a lucky bastard to have received such a nice gift. Carry on sir and feel free to post anymore pics of Sakura Mana from that photobook that you feel would 'enlighten' us. *ahem* back on topic, I was never a fan of Kurando until GUN WOMAN -- felt his other works were too cheesy and low budget but I'll check this one out.

I'm all for tagging this threat as NSFW, however.

I have a nice blu ray rip of this on my HD but for one reason or another, I procrastinated in checking it out. Mostly due to not being a fan of Kurando other than GUN WOMAN. It's standard B-movie exploitation fare and nothing worthy of any special acclaim. The typical Kurando hallmarks of OTT acting, nudity, CGI gore, etc. My biggest gripe with this flick is the lead, Hayate -- I give him some slack for making his debut but he has zero screen presence and acting ability. This is especially magnified when he's onscreen together with Asami (who unfortunately has a rather brief role here) -- all eyes are on Asami and she just over powers Hayate as he quietly blends into the background. He's obviously a talented martial artist and is quite athletic as demonstrated by his parkour moves in the trailer park but he just puts forth a robotic and pedestrian performance here (can't blame the language barrier as his dialog is 99% in Japanese). About halfway in, I was seriously wishing Kurando would pull a 180 and have Asami take over the role of avenger from hayate & kill his character off, as that would've been at least 10x more entertaining in the end.
