What are your Top 5 flicks by Terence Fisher?

I thought it would be interesting to leave it to 5 choices, because it's harder to do with great directors like Fisher.

    1. The Revenge of Frankenstein
    2. The Devil Rides Out
    3. The Curse of Frankenstein
    4. The Phantom of the Opera
    5. The Hound of the Baskervilles

Good question. I wanted to write my PhD thesis about Terence Fisher but for various reasons was unable to.

My five favourite Fisher pictures are, in no particular order:
    FRANKENSTEIN CREATED WOMAN
FRANKENSTEIN AND THE MONSTER FROM HELL
    THE DEVIL RIDES OUT
    THE BRIDES OF DRACULA
and THE CURSE OF THE WEREWOLF
'You know, I'd almost forgotten what your eyes looked like. Still the same. Pissholes in the snow'

One of my favourite Christopher Lee performances in this one, however brief.

Not in order except the first three are the best, then the other two.

    THE BRIDES OF DRACULA
    THE CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN
    HORROR OF DRACULA
THE MAN WHO COULD CHEAT DEATH
    THE REVENGE OF FRANKENSTEIN

Wow, I'm very surprised just one mention of "Dracula" (1958) yet...

But I think it isn't in my Top 5 either, though I have to admit I haven't watched it for years (as some of the others). My Top 5 in chronological order...

    The Revenge of Frankenstein
The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll (no joke - I love that one)
    The Devil Rides Out
    Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed
Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell

Another great performance by Lee, but he's the only thing I liked about it.

I grew up watching Curse of Frankenstein, Dracula and The Mummy but I think because I've seen them so many times that, as the other Hammer stuff has come out on Blu Ray, lesser known titles like The Gorgon and Brides of Dracula seem fresher and more interesting to me. Like Matt said, with only five titles it's not an easy task.
