"Mads Mikkelsen is set to headline the dark comedy “Riders of Justice” written and directed by Anders Thomas Jensen, the well-known Danish helmer and screenwriter of Susanne Bier’s Oscar-winning “In a Better World.”"

His films with Anders Thomas Jensen are my favorites of his. A bunch of the other regulars that used to be in stuff together, some years ago. Looking forward to this!

Also... another upcoming film of Mads' involves a group of high school teachers deciding they can be more open-minded and effective if they teach slightly under the influence of alcohol. Sounds pretty funny.

I love Mads' Danish stuff. Especially the black comedies.

One more NWR film on bluray is always cool. However, they should rather release English friendly blus of his four Danish language films. I just checked dvdcompare, there are already five blurays of VALHALLA.

Someone finally got the French doc NWR uploaded to youtube and it hasn't been taken down (it's been uploaded a couple of times before but was removed every time). It's pretty good (most of it is in English).

It's so frustrating how much cool Danish stuff has been released in Germany on Blu-ray. No subs though.

For most people, it doesn’t matter if something is available outside of their country. For a notable title like this not to have a US release was a shame, and it’s just douchey behaviour to complain about it.

    Douchey even? :/

I'd say it's douchey behaviour on part of the North American labels to not release any of his Danish films.

I'd gladly buy discs from wherever as long as there are English subs.

We've been dealing with the backlash of ordering a boxset (non-related to this thread) that we ordered from Amazon France that claimed to have English subtitles but didn't. A month and a half later Ian is still working on getting a refund. It was a fiasco but I'll still gladly buy foreign releases!
