Amazon needs to knock off the months upon months of drip-feeding promotional stuff for a series for half a bloody year before it gets put up.

First 3 episodes of the new run are out. I've seen enough to say it's definitely more of the same. Which is a good thing!

We've just worked our way through a rewatch of the first season in prep. It's definitely an interesting show. Simultaneously the most immature show on telly and also, by far, the most sophisticated superhero comic adaption I've seen. The laters seemingly not saying a lot but there's a genuinely a bit going on here and to my eye it has as much to say about where Americas at at the moment as anything as anything else on telly. Also that bit where Black Noir ripped the guys head in half was very cool.

I started to watch them, then realized I couldn't remember much about the first season, so I guess I'm going to rewatch that again.

The part in episode three where Urban is standing behind Homelander and says "Oi, cunt..." may be the greatest line delivery in TV history.

Damn, I didn't realize the 2nd season had already started. Guess I'll start on it tomorrow. I wish the entire season was available.

He is great but still the only caveat for me with this series is Urbans accent. Its 'faarkin' diabolical'!
