From the Oscar® and Emmy® award-winning director and executive producer Steven Soderbergh, HBO’s groundbreaking six-part limited series Mosaic, starring Sharon Stone, Garrett Hedlund, Beau Bridges and more, comes to Digital Download on Monday, March 5th, 2018.

Set against the backdrop of a mountain resort town, Mosaic follows popular children’s book author and illustrator Olivia Lake (Sharon Stone), whose literary success makes her a local celebrity in the tight-knit community. When Olivia disappears on New Year’s Day, leaving behind a blood-soaked studio, all eyes turn to two new men in her life: handsome, young aspiring graphic artist Joel Hurley (Garrett Hedlund) and charming stranger Eric Neill (Frederick Weller). It will be up to detective Nate Henry (Devin Ratray) and Eric’s sister, Petra (Jennifer Ferrin), to unravel the mystery in this captivating new series that explores the psychological underpinnings of love and murder in a small town.

I watched the first couple episodes of this today. I hate the look of it. That Soderbergh thing where he makes everything look like it was shot on an early 2000s handycam by a school kid who's just taken his first class in Dutch angles. BUT I was enjoying the show. Shazza's characters an interesting one. She's playing a sexed up, successful author again but I'm not sure if she's going to start murdering guys anytime soopn. She might, then again mayube it's not that type of show at all. I actually haven't worked out where she's going yet at all whcih is fucking refreshing. Even in the more nuanced dramas today you generally feel like you have a handle on the charaters very quickly while here they make you wait on it. It's interesting and I dig it.
