I despise censorship in all its forms.
But, yeah, IF it had to happen to someone's film, QT would be high on that list.........................

China is based. The fewer people worldwide that are exposed to QT's garbage the better. I would elaborate further but I've been rebuked by Ian before, so I shall henceforth tread lightly.

Just know you are not alone in your opinion. I am with you regarding QT.
For a director who is supposedly such a fan of exploitation cinema, he sure hasn't learned fuck all about effective storytelling from the cinema he supposedly cherishes.

I totally agree. Anything that has haters should be banned.

To clarify, not that you don't already know this, you were rebuked for using slurs, not for your opinion on QT.

Finally got around to this last night and enjoyed it enough. It isn't really 'about' anything, the narrative is pretty thin, but it's entertaining and very well put together on a technical level. The performances are strong and it's got a good soundtrack. One of the extras on the UHD and presumably the Blu-ray as well is the full version of Leo doing the Behind The Green Door song, which cracked me up.

I did see the twist coming as we got closer to the end of the movie, which maybe took some of the shock value out of it all, but still, a fun watch.
