Making fun of it for not being as good as Jason Lives, of course.

Oh, that's a thing. I had to google it. I thought it was a musical thing.

I thought the film was okay, but it had a lot of problems. Maybe I missed something, but why the fuck did the clown show up? Was there a Sid Haig clown routine that he decided to give to someone else? Richard Brake was okay in a hastily rewritten role (he was the only good thing about 31), but Sheri Moon was really pushing it this time, which is a shame because I thought she was good in the Halloween flicks and Lords of Salem. Also, if this was set in 1988, it really didn't look like it. On the plus side, it's quite impressive that the film was shot in less than a month, but I suspect there was a lot of one take stuff going on because I can't explain Dee Wallace's performance any other way. The dialogue was pretty bad at times, but not as excruciating as Halloween. The final third of the film was pretty effective, if you can ignore the CGI blood.
I'm bitter, I'm twisted, James Joyce is fucking my sister.

Not as terrible as I expected, but still not all that necessary. Definitely good to see a final scene with the late, great Sig Haig. It's a shame the film didn't happen a few years back when Sid could've had a much bigger part and elevated the project.

Thought this was pretty good actually. Very much in line with The Devil's Rejects.
