    Monty Python's Flying Circus

This is devastating to read about. My heart goes out to Terry's family. I really hope things work for the best.

Not that Terry is out of circulation. He spends time with his family and only two days ago I met up with him for one of our regular meals at his local pub. Howard Johnson, an American friend of Python, was in town and took this picture. Terry doesn’t say very much but he smiles, laughs, recognises and responds, and I’m always pleased to see him. Long may that last.

Desperately sad news. I watched MONTY PYTHON religiously when growing up.

On a lighter note, here are two of my favourite sketches from the series:

    Very sad news indeed.

Apparently at the python reunion shows back in 2014 you could start to see thw beginning signs that something was not quite right with his performance..

I adore Monty Python's Flying Circus and many of the other projects the Pythons were a part of. High school was a pretty miserable time for me and this was one of the interests that made me happy, kept me sane. I got really big into buying movie posters at that time and bought several Python movie one-sheets. Unfortunately I was a teenager and took terrible care of them so they're full of ripped edges and staple-holes, etc. Also bought a bunch of Python books that I still have, packed away at my mom's, I think. Good times. Not sure if I got into British comedies because of Monty Python or vice versa. Either way, good times and I'm still always happy to hear about what they're all up to. Unfortunate to hear about Terry Jones' condition, but at least according to Michael Palin, he has his grounded moments.

I don't think so. I'll ask Ian if we have it.
