    Killing Eve

Som when Netflix and the like are churning out mediocre shit that gets praise, one can always rely on the good old BBC.

Killing Eve is a funny as hell series about a female assasin and the MI5 agent chasing her. Good pacing and action with a tonne of subtle brit humour and great characterisations. Very good cast as well, with a bunch of dependable brits, sprikeled with Sandra Oh and the ever great Kim Bodnia.

    Anyone else seen this?

I watched it & thought it was okay. Some of it was kind of cheesy but the actress who played the assassin had a great sense of humour & some odd, interesting facial expressions.

We watched the first 2 episodes tonight based on the Swedes recommendation. Im not sure you can always rely on the good old BBC but this is one is pretty damned good. Phoebe Waller Bridge- who wrote and produced this- must be one of the busier people in Hollywood at the moment. Starring in Star Wars films, mounting stage shows , producing TV shows.

The assassin, as mentioned, is indeed the highlight.

Looked for it but we'd have to pay per episode. Trailer looked interesting.
