It is a title they released on laserdisc (and given the rumors about how difficult it was to deal with Streisand on that laserdisc, I am a little shocked they picked it up from Sony.)

Looks like The Other Side of the Wind is happening too, but work on the extras is still on going. Hope this means that Buster Scruggs and Okja are also on deck.

If they do Buster Scruggs, I hope they put the original versions of the shorts in the set, and not just the cut-down feature anthology Netflix streams.

I'm not sure I'd want to watch longer versions of some of those stories in Buster Scruggs, although the option to watch stories in isolation would be great. The last story was just Dr Terror's House of Horrors, they could have fully ripped it off and used it as a framing device for the whole thing. It's a beautiful movie, which is ironic considering it barely played in cinemas, so I'd be up for it if they did put it out despite the patchy nature of it.

Very happy to see that more Netflix originals are coming out on disc.

According to a couple posts at the Criterion Forum, at an event in Ann Arbor, Jim Jarmusch confirmed that Criterion will be releasing Ghost Dog and Coffee and Cigarettes.

Great news about GHOST DOG. It's probably my favourite Jarmusch and the ancient DVD transfer looks pretty bad nowadays.
Why would anybody watch a scum show like Videodrome? Why did you watch it, Max?
