    Tigers Are Not Afraid

    Coming to Shudder soon.

"A haunting horror fairytale set against the backdrop of Mexico’s devastating drug wars, TIGERS ARE NOT AFRAID follows a group of orphaned children armed with three magical wishes, running from the ghosts that haunt them and the cartel that murdered their parents. Filmmaker Issa López creates a world that recalls the early films of Guillermo del Toro, imbued with her own gritty urban spin on magical realism to conjure a wholly unique experience that audiences will not soon forget."

Since it's on Shudder, does that mean it's not going to have a physical release? I'd really like to own this on Blu-ray.
Why would anybody watch a scum show like Videodrome? Why did you watch it, Max?

I don't have an answer for that but the director is now collaborating with Guillermo Del Toro on a 'werewolf western.'

Might seem terribly obvious, but this is very evocative of PAN'S LABYRINTH, which I enjoyed considerably. Looking forward to it when available elsewhere.

It’s playing in Saskatoon? Why not Moose Jaw? Or Regina, the city that rhymes with fun?

Yeah, Saskatoon seemed pretty random - maybe Regina is one of the many more to come, ha.
