New Kung Fu Movie In The Works

The director of Atomic Blonde, which was okay I guess, and some other stuff like John Wick, which was rad, is working on bringing back the Carradine starring TV series in movie format.

    Obviously Carradine won't be starring.

"Universal Pictures has optioned the rights to the 1972 TV series Kung Fu for a contemporary-set action packed feature film that will be directed by David Leitch, the co-director of John Wick and director of Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, Deadpool 2 and Atomic Blonde."

I recall Leitch was also attached to the ENTER THE DRAGON remake but thank god that won’t happen. Who can replicate Bruce Lee? The idiots running the shitshow would probably end up casting Henry Goulding or Andrew Koji as agent Lee. It would still be better than the original director the other Wisentein had in mind as he wanted to anoint that mediocre Spike Lee to the project. Spike still believes his OLD BOY remake is superior to the original.

I hope they CGI David Carradine's face like Peter Cushing in Rogue One.
