    NETFLIXPLOITATION

Okay, this isn't about Netflix's latest price hike. This is a thread to point out interesting genre films on Netflix streaming. I know that other forums and blogs cover this but I wanted to start one here for the 2 other people who stream Netflix besides me. Or maybe there are 3 other people.

Regardless, I've caught some crazy stuff on Netflix over the last few months, not the least of which were DEATH SCENES I and II, both now gone apparently. I was very surprised they had them in the first place and checked them out as soon as they went up since I figured people would complain.

Some other titles of interest that are still up:

    Nicolas Roeg's BAD TIMING
    THE DUNGEONMASTER
    BMX BANDITS HD
    BLOOD AND ROSES
    BLOOD AND LACE
    MAD RON'S PREVUES FROM HELL
    Altman's STREAMERS
Rollin's LIVING DEAD GIRL, LIPS OF BLOOD, and TWO ORPHAN VAMPIRES
    I SPIT ON YOUR CORPSE
    DARK TOWER
    KRULL HD
    SEDUCTION:THE CRUEL WOMAN
    ZOMBIETHON
    KISSED
    CUTTER'S WAY
    TETSUO:THE BULLET MAN HD
    RUBBER HD
    SPIDER-MAN:THE '67 COLLECTION HD
    TATTOOED LIFE
    Polanski's CUL-DE-SAC
    THE CHRISTINE JORGENSEN STORY
    WITCHFINDER GENERAL HD
    THE MERCENARY
    DUEL OF THE TITANS
    KING KUNG FU
    MIGHTY PEKING MAN
    SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS
    SCRAPBOOK
    DOGTOOTH
    Cozzi's HERCULES HD
    MY WINNIPEG
    BODY MELT
CRACKING UP (lame comedy with Harry Shearer, Michael McKean, and David Lander)
    THE SWINGER
I START COUNTING (great British thriller with Jenny Agutter)

I've got most of that stuff (though not all) on DVD because I am an unrepentant physical media whore but yeah, seeing that shit listed in the streaming section, that's pretty cool. Is all this streaming in HD?

Canadian offerings are less interesting: there're no Rollins, and the suggestions are MARTYRS, HAUT TENSION, and THE JANE AUSTEN BOOK CLUB. I'll keep checking, though; it'd be great to see more variety, and I'm sure the programming depends on usage.

I'm buying less and less DVD's and BD's lately so I'm taking advantage of streaming quite often. More than a few of these are on disc too but I tend to use those for new releases and TV shows.

I went back marked the ones that are HD.

That Spider-Man series in HD would be ultra rad.

I'll see what I can add tonight. I have a ton of stuff in the queue that I haven't watched because Ian is a slave driver and makes me watch discs he sends me for review. Streaming is great for us lazy people who don't want to get up and search for a disc to watch.

I also stream the NutFlax. It's good for burning through TV shows. I've been working on Doctor Who and was checking out season one of Louie until they pulled it allasudd'n.

I've also been meaning to check out the American Grindhouse documentary.

PS- Toyboy is in L O V E with Harry Shearer.

I knew Todd couldn't have come up with this thread title.
