But earlier you said you'd never watched one, didn't yet?

There was a weird semi-human shaped shadow that darted along a hallway, crossed, and then zipped into a room (or appeared to). If the building was empty as it was supposed to be, that'd be pretty creepy to see.

I have not watched any. I am basing my opinion based only on commericals and a brief attempt at watching Ghost Hunters long ago. I'm shallow.

Well, you're in the room alone. I thought I'd give you some conversation.

So I've moved on from Ghost Adventures Season 3 (which inexplicably includes episodes from seasons 2, 3 and 4 - huh?) to this other show that I got on DVD called, simply, Ghost Stories. It's narrated by a spooky guy who likes to laugh and deliver bad Cryptkeeper style puns and it features some goofy reenactments and tends to play the same reenactment clips over and over again BUT what it does well is deliver a series of mini-history lessons of some interesting locations around the United States and sometimes detail the history of the ghosts who supposedly haunted them.

Case in point, supposedly a Turkish Sultan lived in New Orleans and had a building which housed a harem of women and young boys. He also supposedly had his own little torture dungeon and a small army of Eunuchs to accompany him. He got killed and is reported to haunt this place. The more you know.

How does one know the sound of body parts hitting the floor? Cool story other than that poop.

I still enjoy Ghost Hunters. I like that they try to debunk various situations. I lked the episode in the mansion used for "Dark Shadows". I watch Paranormal State but Ryan seems to have lost his personality....much to serious these days.

I think Paranormal State is done now, the last season was the final one. I never got into that one. It didn't grow on me the way Ghost Adventures did.

I tried to watch Ghost Hunters a few times. But since I have never believed in ghosts the show just doesn't appeal to me.

This show is coming back. Don't know if it'll be airing in the States, but I remember watching this a lot on the Travel Channel.
