Loved the comic as a kid. Heroes for Hire was another. Remember even the one where he fought Sabertooth (in the snow I think)? That was Sabertooth's first appearance, apparently that issues use to sell for a lot of moneh. My copy was missing the cover as I had it when I was so young I just read comics for pleasure (those were the days).

Want to pick up the collection in TBP. Happy that the release of this and Luke Cage will make those comics easily available again.

I know directors aren't usually that influencial on TV series but John Dahl had that string of great neo-noirs in the 90s (Red Rock West, The Last Seduction) so that is a promising sign.

I'm hoping for at least one other genuinely good Marvel show aside from DareDevil. Jessica Jones sucked. Luke Cage was incredibly slow and I couldn't finish it.

Really hoping it all comes together because Jessica Jones and Luke Cage were big time disappointments. Jessica Jones lacked likable characters, had bad fight choreography, and just dragged it's feet too much. Luke Cage had likable characters but the fight choreography was non-existent and it was tediously slow.
