    From The Hollywood Reporter:
"At least she has the look down right.

Malin Akerman Pessimistic that Linda Lovelace Film 'Inferno' Will Ever Be MadeChloe Sevigny Joins Amanda Seyfried in 'Lovelace'Marking a new chapter in her career, Amanda Seyfried, best known for her roles in Mama Mia! and Dear John, has taken on the teasing, inviting gaze of porn star-turned-activist Linda Lovelace. In this new poster, she captures the 70s-style allure that helped make Lovelace's skin flick Deepthroat a national phenomenon, but doesn't quite yet hint at the inner turmoil and tortured existence that made the late Lovelace's eventual story of women's rights campaigning such a compelling, and biopic-worthy, story.

Perhaps most impressive is the fact that Seyfried features alone on the poster, next to a cadre of bigger name stars, including James Franco (who plays Hugh Hefner), Sarah Jessica Parker (taking on the role of Gloria Steinem) and Sharon Stone (as Dorothy Boreman).

The film is one of two planned about Lovelace's life, though the other, the troubled Inferno, may not ever get off the ground.

"I don't know what's been going on, I don't know why it hasn't gone yet," the film's would-be star, Malin Akerman, told The Hollywood Reporter recently. "I would hope and love for it to go, but now this other movie is coming on that Amanda Seyfried did, and I kind of feel like, 'Shit, we should have been on that, we should have done it."

I dunno that she does have the look down right though. She looks good for sure and she does have a 70s thing going on, but is there much of a resemblance?

Oh boy Dereks going to be jumping up and down tonight. He loves Amanda Seyfried. And I have to admit she can get down. (haha) But... wow.. Hollywood goes nuts sometimes with making people more attractive than they were. In this case I do not mind.

Amanda Seyfried popped up on Conan the other night and talked about the role.

She doesn't really look like Lovelace but that kind of thing doesn't bother me, Val Kilmer didn't look like John Holmes and he was great in Wonderland.

Great film, took a chance on that one when it was released and never regretted my purchase. But I sure don't understand how they got the police tape and how in hell they were able to put that as an extra.

That sure is a great film, Jimmy. I got the Danish dvd and it has a really good documentary feature film about John Holmes on it in the extras.

It was retitled "The Wonderland Murders" here.

Too young. Too pretty. Lips are too big. Eyes are too far apart. Body is too nice. Hair looks like a cheap wig. No scar on her chin. Teeth are too straight. Cheeks aren't full enough.

    Other than that she's perfect.

    Who is playing Harry Reems?
Now everyone can have a complete KRULL lifestyle.

The documentary is there too on the Canadian release, in fact it's a cut version of WADD: The Life & Times of John C. Holmes (I think the real one had some hardcore footages).
