The best copy available is the Japanese extreme edition Blu Ray with custom subs. I don't believe it has Cantonese mono audio though.

Jackie has a cameo, alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Rutger Hauer, in The Mystery Of Dragon Seal: Journey To China, coming out later this year.

I read your review of this blu ray and a shame they crippled it. I can cross this one off my list. Appears the Japanese blu ray rip is still the best available copy in the OAR with the international cut. It does have hard coded Japanese subtitles (with English soft subs) but it doesn't really bother me. The iTunes HD version is crap too.

oops, I had blu ray on my mind for some reason but I meant Web DL Rip. It has hardcoded Japanese subs as you can see but it's no biggie because it's still an upgrade over the HD/iTunes version which is cropped (open matte).

He chops, he dices, he purees! Jackie Chan has the recipe for delicious action-comedy entertainment when he plays a celebrity TV chef caught in a deadly dispute between rival Australian crime lords.
With Chan in the kitchen, you know there'll be more pow! than kung pao, and the irrepressible star does not disappoint. Take a look at the in-one-door, out-the-other fight sequence staged at a construction site and you'll discover what we mean. Just when you think you've seen it all, along comes Chan with something new. Then something newer. The breathtaking, lightning-quick fun and excitement just might have you shouting, "Nice kick! Nice spin! Nice move!" He is, after all, Mr. Nice Guy.
