    My copy arrived earlier today and I just flipped through and watched a few seconds and it doesn't look good. If someone told me that this is the same master they used for their 2004 DVD, I wouldn't be surprised.

    Zaotichi Meets Yojimbo is longer than I remember it being, but anytime Katsu and Mifune are on screen together it doesn't matter.

    Toho keeps putting a copyright date on their transfers of 1965, but unless it was held for for release considerably, it should be 1970 (and it was a Daei film originally).

    Turns out one of the films had to be censored in the UK (a shot of a snake cut in half has been blurred)
