Mystery film: THE SINS OF ILSA (c. 1985)

    Hey everyone,
A few weeks back, I found the negative for a film called THE SINS OF ILSA. I have no idea what it is, but based on the lab paperwork, it was made in 1984 or 1985.
I've tried searching for it online and couldn't find anything very useful. Anyone know what this could be? I'm not even sure if it's exploitation.
Radley Metzger's name was all over the lab papers but I know it's not a film he made. Probably something he distributed through Audobon.

I'm no help at all here but am definitely curious to know what this turns out to be once you get a chance to check it out.

Just the title alone piques my interest, throw in Metzger's name, this could be pretty rad.

Is Dyanne Thorne in it? Maybe she could be contacted?

Might be useful to ask Steven Morowitz. He's spent a lot of time pouring over Metzger/Audubon records while he's been putting together the Paris releases, so he may have seen reference to it...

Didn't know if he was still alive or not.

Even if Thorne wasn't in it, she might have been approached about it. Might know something...

Yeah, he did the commentaries on the Distribpix stuff - I don't think you listened to those with me though.

John, I'm assuming you already asked Steve?

Also, is it possible that given the Ilsa in the title, this was something that Dyanne Thorne maybe had a part in but which wasn't an Ilsa movie? As in, it might have been retitled to cash in on the Ilsa movies without actually being connected to them?

IMDB says she popped up in Hellhole in 1985, which would be around the right time frame, but it also says Arkoff owns it, so that's probably a pretty slim chance.

When you view the print, it'd be cool to see a video of it taken by phone or something. Just to see what it is.

Wasn't 1985 a bit late to cash in on Ilsa of the SS? I'll bet it has nothing to do with the Ilsa we love. I have no foundation for my opinion.

Hey maybe it's Uschi, reprising her role from Supervixens.
