This has been added to the TIFF midnight madness line up, so we should start seeing some reviews from screenings soon.

Definitely looks rad. I loved The Last Circus, so I'll have to make it a point to track this down!

IFC picked it up for US distribution.

"As reported by Variety, IFC Midnight has secured all North American distribution rights to the horror comedy, which they will release theatrically and on Video On Demand platforms here in the States next year. The film has been sold in more than 40 territories, with only the UK and Australia left to close."

    Reviews popping up now...

A fun, oddball horror-comedy about disagreements and danger and witches and robbers and family values and a whole lot more. Fun to be sure.
    FANGORIA review it here...

While perhaps not as impactful as the aforementioned THE LAST CIRCUS, WITCHING & BITCHING uses its lunatic, horror comedy nature to visualize a supernatural battle of the sexes. It’s asking why we persecute not just the women in our lives, but family and significant others as well, for what’s most often our own doing.
A few reviews are moaning about crap CGI in the movie and obvious green screen work....hope not TOO distracting!!
