Could this actually be the first genuinely good Hellraiser movie in nearly 20 years?

No, but it felt like it lasted 20 years while watching it.

I am odd in that I prefer Hellraiser 5 and 6 to part 2. But with this franchise I only really care for 1,5, and 6.

I love the first two, and I even have a soft spot for Bloodline and Deader for some reason. But what the hell, I always watch them when they come out. Surely this can't be worse than the last one?

Hellseeker was pretty bad. I was referring to part 5 as the last good entry in the series.

For me Inferno, part 5,is the second best of the series. But then it seems I am alone in hating part 2.

Crossing my fingers it will be at least 7/10 kind of movie.
