Ghost Eyes - caught this one on Mike's recommendation (thanks!) and liked it quite a bit. Plot holes or not, it's got enough wacky horror set pieces and quirky characters in it that, if it's not always logical, it is always entertaining. Great use of color, some keen old school make up effects, and just lots of weird stuff going on. I liked this one a lot.

It was pretty great. Not sure how it went under my radar for as long as it did or why it's not more popular than it is.

Tonight I want to watch Bamboo House of Dolls.

Instead I will probably have to watch something crappy that needs to be reviewed.

    You did.

We also watched Seeding of a Ghost, which I hadn't watched in a few years. The ending sorta reminds me of THINGS with some Deadly Spawn thrown in for kicks. How can you not love a movie with magic battles, nudity, ghost fucking, fireballs and worm puke?

Bamboo House of Dolls was fantastic, one of my new favorites of the WIP genre. Less predictable than most and less deliberately naked than some. I don't appreciate nudity for the sake of nudity but all the scenes in this had to do with the plot and thus seemed more "real".

Definitely one I will watch again.
