    Geoff Darrow's Shaolin Cowoby

We were talking about this series in another thread, but it's cool enough to warrant its own.

    There's a wordless preview here.

    1st issue comes out 10/19/13.

Maybe I'll do another Big Guy story w/ Frank [Miller]. You know that book? [The Big Guy and Rusty The Boy Robot, published by Dark Horse in 1995] That seemed to get a really good reception and I've always had ideas about what else we could there… But after I did the first one I was so tired of drawing buildings and windows, I had to take a break and draw other things!
More BIG GUY would be great.

I'd be down for that too. I'd also love to see another Hardboiled story.

Another Harboiled story would be cool, but I think a lot of what makes it work is that Miller and Darrow weren't on the same page. I'm pretty sure Miller gave Darrow the script and Darrow just drew what he wanted to draw. Which forced Miller to rewrite to what Darrow was turning in. This schizophrenic collaboration really worked well with the story they ended up telling.

Yeah, it might be tough to make lightning strike twice but if they gave it a shot, I'd be willing to buy it.

Bumping this after 15 months because the Burlyman Comics issues of SHAOLIN COWBOY have been collected into a tpb and according to Darrow's facebook page the Dark Horse series is being collected into a hardcover trade in March and Dark Horse will be releasing BOURBON THRET.
Here is the back cover of the Dark Horse hardcover
