Short interview with John Waters where he again confirms that Criterion is releasing Polyester next year and announces that Warner is releasing Pink Flamingos themselves
...Criterion’s doing Polyester next year. Warner Brothers called me yesterday. They’re doing Pink Flamingos again. And who would’ve ever thought that Warner Brothers would distribute Pink Flamingos?

Warner's says NO to THE DEVILS but are fine with eating poodle shit.
    Curious disconnect there.

Nothing about The Devils being held hostage makes a damn lick of sense.

THE DEVILS is pretty much the victim of a personal vendetta and internal politics, as I understand.

I'm looking forward to getting my mitts on that there Criterion FEMALE TROUBLE Blu-ray. Will have to wait for a slight dip in price though, I think.

Religious groups probably won't complain about shit eating.

Wish Criterion was breaking off Pink Flamingos rather than Warner. Is Desperate Living slated for release? Hopefully that one ends up being Criterion.
