    ***CAMERA OBSCURA UPDATE***
It now looks as if we have completely sold out of this title! What this means is that all stock is allocated to each retailer based on your pre-orders, which means that each will likely have a small amount of stock available. If you have ALREADY pre-ordered this title from us or a retailer such as Amazon your pre-order has been confirmed and you WILL receive a copy of the set. If you have yet to pre-order there is no guarantee you will receive a copy.
If at any point we discover that more stock is available (some retailers may return unsold stock at a later date) this will go back on sale via the Arrow Store.

We would like to send our thanks to everybody that has pre-ordered this title and backed our Kickstarter and hope you all enjoy the set once it arrives! For those of you that have missed out never fear, we will make every effort to release these individually in the coming months though they will contain reduced booklets as much of this content is exclusive to the limited edition set. Borowczyk’s The Beast will be available on the same date as the Camera Obscura box and is available to pre-order here: http://bit.ly/1pFkQn4

I can't wait to see what my £60 was spent on in the set. I now hope this encourages Arrow to release another Borowczyk set with more of his films including his OTHER MASTERPIECE The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll & Miss Osbourne.

As above, really. I'm not that interested in Borowczyk's early work but would love to see La Marge and the Dr Jekyll feature on bluray.

I cancelled my order. I couldn't justify it based on liking one film, semi liking another and not seeing the rest. It would have been a very expensive blind buy which I cant justify to myself, so im kind of relieved its sold out. I was sitting on the fence about it for a while.

So when are these films being released separately?

    Re: the rating on Blanche:

"Blanche - or rather, the disc containing Blanche - is an 18 because of the hour-long Walerian Borowczyk profile. You can't really range over his whole career without encroaching on 18-certificate territory, and while we could have artificially kept it at PG level, we weren't anticipating too many sales to the teenage market. This has nothing to do with anything but I was watching Immoral Tales earlier today and was thinking how great a soundtrack release would be. The music for all the segments is gorgeous but the Bathory tale especially. When coupled with Boro's brilliant direction the results are mesmerizing.

"Due to the unprecedented growth of this project and all aspects from the enormous book to the filming/editing/proofing of discs, we have unfortunately run over schedule but the end is finally in sight and so a new date has been set. The boxed-set and now all five individual releases (reverse art below) will be available on 8th September. "
