Wings Hauser is Huck Finney. John De Hart (who?) is Rick Bode. Together they're on the vice squad answering to a guy named Normad (played by William Smith). The movie begins with a shoot out, they're on a drug raid. Huck get shot and then Normad shows his true colors - he doesn't need a warrant or care who gets hurt because he's a dirty cop!

Cut to a few months later and Huck and Rick have quite the force. Rick now works as a limo driver and seems to wear nothing but leather except when he's wearing patriotic track suits. Huck drinks a lot and talks to a wooden dime store Indian. One night Huck decides they should put on their cowboy outfits and go dancing. And so they do.

Someone was good enough to upload that scene to youtube, so I'll let it talk for me.

    WITNESS THIS!

    HOLY FUCK!

At any rate, Huck drinks a lot. See?

Rick though... he's got his eyes on his old flame, Cindy (Pamela Bryant). He takes her to the finest Mexican restaurant around run by a guy named Vinnie where singing ladies take Polaroids of you. It works. Before you know it he's fondling her boobies and she's trying hard not to kiss him. More of De Hart's music croons in the background, it's amazing. I need the soundtrack for this album. At any rate, Cindy let's him know that while they were broken up she got involved with some Satanists who sacrifice babies!

Rick's not ok with this. Then he bones her again and Huck drinks some more.Rick and Cindy get married, Rick is wearing a tracksuit. Eventually the leader of the cult is exposed (can you figure out who it is?) and Rick gets on his motorcycle with Cindy for a really awesome chase scene that seems to take place at speeds well below the legal limit. Action happens. Cindy gets killed maybe, or maybe not. And then Rick, who has to get Huck out of a pool where he's ranting to some chicks in bikinis and to his dimestore Indian, puts on another leather outfit and follows.... the road to revenge.

Just when you think you've seen everything worth seeing a movie like this comes along and makes live worth living again.

John De Hart is also a lawyer.

It looks like this was screened at Cinefamily and John himself did a Q&A in which he talks about his black belt poodle (another high point in the movie).

    And here's a trailer....

This came out on DVD back in May 2010 and, since Wings is in it (and it was cheap) I bought it. The description sounds a lot better then the film actually is, it's pretty amateurish. Seems like a bunch of friends deciding "let's make a movie" with very little budget. Oh, and the acting is pretty bad also.
