Slightly more difficult one to support as I guess Jack could have got ANYONE to play the drums for him......but I think he may have had trouble finding someone who generally couldn't follow the timing and rhythm as much as Meg

Also, I gues the white stripes would have spit anyway as he wanted to do other things...

They gave Oderus a viking funeral before the Gwar-B-Q on Friday.

    From Bloody Disgusting:

"The annual GWAR-B-Q that took place this past weekend saw the viking funeral of Oderus Urungus, who passed away earlier this year. A day after his costume burned aboard a ship, GWAR took the stage and unveiled the creature that is now taking the place of Oderus and it’s none other than Michael Bishop, who was the original Beefcake The Mighty.

Taking the name of Blothar, Bishop took on the duties as vocalist of the alien band and performed a full set that lasted more than an hour.

The full set can be seen below."

So it seems Blothar will be the frontman as reported earlier, but now they've added Vulvatron!

An irreverent Pet Shop Boys cover morphs into a nice salute to Dave and others we have lost. Well done.

Saw that last night, it's pretty great. And it gives me hope that GWAR without Brockie, while not the same, will probably not suck.
