    So, in the Ip Man movies, why's it so hard for his woman to understand him? He should've played a blues guitar or something in those movies - that broad's about as joyful as a bag of dead mice.

    I think I enjoyed the 2nd film more than the first as it was a little crazier, more what I've come to expect from that part of the world - the villian is just so plain over-the-top evil and the way Simon Yam gets his memory back thanks to it all, it's just so beautifully apt...

    The second film definintely wins on crazy (and for Sammo!), but I think the first film trumps it for character development and plot.
